Who is responsible
The controller of the personal data collected on this website is OVIO Studio, Carrer Verge del Pilar, 4, 1-B, AD500 Andorra la Vella (Principality of Andorra). You can contact us at chris@ovio.ad.
What data we collect and why
When you write to us through the contact form we collect your name, email address, company (if you provide it) and your message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.
We keep this data for as long as our conversation lasts and afterwards for the time needed to meet any legal obligations. We do not share it with third parties or use it to send you advertising.
Service providers
The form is sent through Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States), which acts as a data processor and forwards the message to us by email. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) receives aggregated usage data. The Google Maps map only loads if you press the “Show map” button.
Your rights
Under Andorran Law 29/2021 on the protection of personal data, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to chris@ovio.ad. You can also lodge a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA).
Cookies
We use a single technical entry to remember your cookie choice and, only if you accept them, Google Analytics cookies. You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookie settings” button in the footer.
